My learning curve is steep right now. I feel like i have to know everything for everyone. My audience is no longer 25 students but rather an entire district of teachers and students all on their own path of learning. How do I support them effectively? How do I keep up with the latest and greatest so I can share with them? How do I not fail them in my new role?
What I know about myself is that I will push myself. I want to know it all now, but realize that is not a realistic expectation. I will work hard for my district. I will work hard for myself. I will learn and grow daily! I am excited for my new journey. I'm excited to help teachers. I'm excited to learn from an entire district of learners! I'm excited to take the journey of embedding instructional technology with good teaching practice. Here's to new experiences!!
